Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid care and triage for minor injuries, cuts, strains, or work-related health incidents

• Assess and respond to employee health complaints or injuries and escalate when necessary

• Support OSHA-compliant documentation, incident reporting, and health tracking

• Promote injury prevention, hydration, and heat illness awareness, especially during peak seasons

• Educate workers on safe work practices and personal health management

• Coordinate with safety managers and site supervisors on health-related protocols

• Assist with health screenings or wellness events on-site as needed

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of [Insert State]

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Experience in occupational health, urgent care, construction, or field-based medical support preferred

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, physical environment

• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working at a construction or industrial site

• Comfortable with basic EMR/data entry systems
