What You’ll Do:

• Be a first responder for workplace injuries, providing on-site emergency care and OSHA First Aid.

• Lead injury prevention education and treatment through one-on-one coaching and group sessions.

• Perform diagnostic assessments, guide recovery, and collaborate with medical professionals for coordinated care.

• Conduct safety walks, emergency response drills, and ensure readiness through AED and equipment checks.

• Coach employees using a motivational, behavior-change approach that empowers them to take control of their wellness and safety.

What You Bring:

• ATC certification and First Aid/CPR credentials.

• Strong communication skills, high energy, and an approachable personality.

• The ability to manage time, juggle tasks, and work independently.

• A genuine passion for coaching, helping others, and keeping people safe and strong.

Bonus Points For:

• CPR/AED Instructor certification.

• Prior coaching experience in health, fitness, or wellness.

• Familiarity with motivational interviewing, EMR/SOAP note documentation, and blood pressure readings.
