Clinical Administrative Assistant
Schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday through Friday)
Job Summary:
Ramp Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Clinical Services team through November 1st. This short-term role plays a vital part in ensuring our clinical staff are fully prepared for onsite events by managing scheduling confirmations, communicating logistics, and providing timely instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Confirm staffing for upcoming clinical events, ensuring team members acknowledge and commit to their assigned schedules.
Send timely communication with arrival instructions, site details, and necessary documentation or equipment reminders.
Track confirmations and flag any unstaffed or at-risk events to clinical leadership.
Serve as a point of contact for scheduling-related questions and escalate issues as needed.
Support accurate calendar management and documentation for clinical events.
Collaborate closely with clinical operations managers and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Experience coordinating schedules or logistics (healthcare, clinical, or staffing coordination experience preferred).
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or scheduling tools.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
