Job Brief

At Ramp Health the Junior Platform Operations Analyst works on the Technology Team to support the implementation and operation of the company's Platform technology for our clients. Reporting to the Director of Platform Operations and working closely with the Platform Operations Manager, this entry-level role assists in coordinating Platform delivery and maintaining Platform operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating Platform implementation activities and delivery of configured software to clients
  • Help maintain project documentation and track technical requirements
  • Support the creation of project plans by gathering and organizing technical information
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating cross-functional meetings
  • Prepare basic reports and draft communications for stakeholders
  • Learn and follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Work with Quality Assurance and Member Support to track and document Platform functionality issues
  • Support project requirement reviews and help identify dependencies between departments
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to understand client configurations
  • Monitor and flag potential risks and issues to the Platform Operations Manager
  • Help maintain Platform implementation tracking in JIRA
  • Assist in documenting Platform configurations and technical requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Apps Suite
  • Willingness to learn JIRA and project management tools
  • Basic understanding of or willingness to learn SQL
  • Ability to handle data files and learn sFTP
  • Interest in healthcare technology platforms
